The Honorable Barry Tidwell

Barry Tidwell is a judge on the Sixteenth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He was appointed by Governor Bill Haslam on November 21, 2017.


Tidwell was a judge of the Rutherford County General Sessions Court, from 2014 to 2017. 

He was elected to the court on August 7, 2014, and began serving on September 1st.


Biography


Tidwell received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree from the Nashville School of Law in 1998. Below is a summary of Tidwell's professional experience:
